Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon during booking, which may include regular cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out services, and post-construction cleanups.

Appointments and Access

Client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. A responsible adult must be present if children under 18 are at home during service.

Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Check, Cash App, Venmo]. When paying by Cash App or Venmo, a $10.00 maintenance fee will be added.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask that at least 48 hour notice be given for a cancellation of previously confirmed appointment. If you are able to reschedule in a timely manner, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees will not apply to your first missed appointment, unless we show up and no other arrangements have been made. If no arrangements are made or it is a continued occurrence then you will be charged a $100.00 missed appointment fee. After 3 missed appointments, you will be taken off the cleaning rotation. At least 30 day notice is required to cancel your contract. 

Liability and Damages

​We are not liable for pre-existing damages or items that are not securely mounted or fastened. Client agrees to secure valuables and breakables prior to cleaning.

Health and Safety

We do not, under any circumstances, clean any biohazard waste such as from septic systems or pets, and also including mold, pest infestations, or bodily fluids. Our staff will not do the dirty dishes in the sink unless it is previously discussed and prior arrangements are made. To get the most out of your appointment, please tidy up a clothes, toys, or paperwork on the counters or floors.

Pets

Please secure pets during the cleaning service. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured doors or gates.

 

Supplies and Equipment

We provide all cleaning products and equipment unless other arrangements are made. If the client provides their own supplies, we are not responsible for any damage or ineffectiveness.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website for clients.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
